为了避免此事，索性不吃！

A Good Lesson

After having few weeks of internship in Dell, I seriously did not learn anything relevant to programming. Whao! Things are not going on plan! My objectives were to learn about teamwork and programming!


Like I said, "were". And now, I change my mind. It is actually not a bad idea to work in Dell CJ, so called Help Desk/Support Center. I have the chances to see Ang Moh-s speaking with their Ang Moh accent, totally "interesting"... @_@ They smile like Jokers, as tall as coconut trees, big in size whereby someone short like me able to hide behind them without being noticed. Not just Ang Moh-s la.. Most of the staffs are cool too! Unlike MMU lecturers/tutors/staffs/hawker uncles aunties/students, they don't smile lo! *cough cough*


Cut the crap and back to the topic! Today, I have learned to fully utilize forum! Since two days ago, I was having some shitty programming problem which I can't solve. Googled for two days and almost give up. Until this morning, I gave forum a shot and just got the solution few minutes ago. I was happy and angry at the same time. I shouldn't be afraid of negative replies, instead I should learn to accept them. The good news is that I didn't get any negative comments in my thread. Wahaha! If you understand what I'm trying to express, thank you. Else, yak si!


I'm trying to share my experience la. Many experiences have gained and I couldn't describe them in words. Moreover, to write a longer post will cause me to squeeze my brain even harder. Poor english la! Can die mia...

Luck

I picked up a mission recently. It requires lots of luck to have it done successfully. But the problem is, No Luck No Talk!

So how much effort does one need to put in inorder to accomplish the mission? NONE! I meant it! What you can do is simply just sit down at a corner, keep your eyes on the monitor and then wait for updates. It might be a great idea to have a glass of wine and cigar while waiting.

Mmm... I think I flunked the task.  Hate it pretty much due to the consequences - great delay + disturbances. I can't get over it leeeeeeeeerrrrr! Cis..

有史以来我都不喝咖啡。

虽然我不是咖啡粉丝， 可是我却很需要咖啡的滋润。

一到了考试季节，我天天都“咖啡”下肚。

没有了它，我那不争气的眼皮会提早收工。

很多人都说喝咖啡有如抽烟，会上瘾。

但对我而言，肯定不会。

Still remember what I wrote in the previous post about Xmas? Well, I was wrong. Eventually I went "The Curve" and had countdown with friends.

Me and another 4 friends departed before the other 5. Faced minor traffic jam but it was considered smooth. After meet up, we decided to have early dinner as all of us were extremely hungry! We walked along "The Street" up and down for numerous time, and then finally settled down at Vivo Pizza.

Buuuuurrrp...! We need to exercise after dinner! So we went for Foosball! Everyone was excited, Sim Ying and Sam Pei kept screaming with high pitch XD With their p0wArful skills, they drew lots of attention in the shop. Hahaha!

Oh oh! Gotta Introduce the most happening group of 4 - Fantastic 4. Sam Pei(leader), Sim Ying, Eddy, and Yih Chaw formed the group. First of all, each of them bought a "reindeer LED horn headband". I agreed that the headband is cute, but I can't afford liao. My wallet is way too dry :( Since then we won't be afraid that we will get lost in the crowd. Just look for 4 fellas with the headband that walk together. Actually their intention was to purchase the santa hat and give the other group a surprise(We got separated).


Hey! That's not the end of Fantastic 4! After shopping, we met up with others at fruit juice stall. Suddenly, Eddy saw a stall nearby is selling santa hats. He started to mumble XD At this time, Sam Pei came up with a marvelous idea. "Why don't we purchase another santa hat?". At the end, four of them bought the santa hats ~_~ Rich ass-es!!

We chiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiit chat til we couldn't take the boredom so we went "Cineleisure". Again we chiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiit chat. Me, Sam Pei(again) and Sue Ern had an evil plan. Each of us bought a foam spray without their notice. HEHEHEHEHEHEHE! Before the clock hit 12, we pursuaded the rest to joined the crowd at the center. And at last, we got them tricked! Pretty fun for 3 of us XD Plan executed successfully!

After countdown and all the spray spree, we rushed for movie - Bedtime Stories. As usual, Adam Sandler is funny. Overall the movie is nice and funny. Oh oh! There's a promo for this movie! Just approach to the ticket seller and tell him/her: "Hey, merry xmas! Can I have the tickets for freeeeEEEE!?"


Finished the movie around 2AM, but they were still "high". Next plan, supper/breakfast at McD. I'm broke so I didn't eaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaat la. Damn it. I was very tired and requested to call it off for the day. Reached home at 4.20AM, bathed and off to beeeeeeeeeed at 5! Too energetic la ya all!

In a nutshell, tiring but it was fun and interesting day. A big thank you to all the fellas! :D

Xmas

Not celebrating Xmas for this year. Too much troubles/lousy-results/last-minute-assignment, plus having sore jaw.

Too moody for Xmas... Meh... Emo at the wrong time Shii shii shiiiiii! Ang pau holiday please come to me la!

Friends :D

I feel extremely happy and "happy" at the same time. This is a post dedicated to my beloved friends! 

Yesterday I camped in campus, trying to "hug Buddha's leg" at the very last minute. I had Durum for lunch. Then started to feel sick and nausea some time later. But I still went for dinner, just in case will not get too hungry and faint in campus. Soooooooooooooo..... I puked! Weeee! Tasted... Bitter XD 

During the next afternoon which mean today, I got cold and fever. This sickness came at the right time! I have exam in 2 hours. Basically...... I'm trying to say that I'm sick liao la...

Surprisingly, I found 3 friends of mine feel unwell at the same time. And then few minutes ago, xmas tree told me another friend is having stomachache as well! 

You see! We as friends, crap and fall sick together-gether~! So happy wei! XD

lulz. Back to studies.

To break bottlenecks

It shines!

Yesterday, I earned my second RM50 from part time job. XD Gotta thanks Sam pei and Nana! Sam was the one who told me about this job and Nana gave me the opportunity. That was how I got into this job.


To make things clear, I worked for an event organized by UCMAS, held in MMU Grand Hall. All the kids from different country will be having their test in MMU. Totally a surprise that an international event was held in MMU.


Woke up pretty early at 8AM and then 'got paid' at 2.30PM. The job is very easy actually. Me suppose to be a marker, whom marks the question papers and calculate the total points. But, last minute got assigned to key in marks into database. The job is relatively easier than markers'. HEHEHEHEHEHE!


Another reason that I eager to take up this job is, lunch will be provided! INDEED, the staff didn't let us down. For lunch, we had KFC colonel burger, Apollo cake, fried rice, and mineral water! Good deal right?


Such a nice experience which can't be described with words! j00 have to experience it by yourself. No regrets!

The last class on Friday ended early then I started to utilize Intranet to the max.

Fuiyo... Su called. Must be planning for something happening! At last, me, Su and Sotong went Sunway Pyramid. For lunch, they had Carl's Jr burger meanwhile I ordered onion rings. I thought it should be something like sotong rings... Then I found it very... Onion rings. Too bad that I didn't manage to snap any pictures.. Dropped my phone in the car.


After 'lunch', we walked around like merry-go-round. Very happening because we got nothing to do. XD Had 2 games of Daytona, then Starbucks and Bowling. These were what we did and then back to... Uh... T_T

Being ethical

I hate moron who downloads without limiting download speed and max connection. When one is online or not, web surfing speed changes dramatically. I don't mind if anyone has 10+ BT download tasks, all you need is common sense and be ethical.


Think for others la... What you do is download for your own good and never think for others that pay the same amount as you for the connection. Talking and hints are all given yet still make no difference. I won't downgrade myself by blocking your IP address lo.


Four tenants sharing 1Mbps leh!! How the hell can it be laggy like shiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiii-!!! Ridiculoooooooous!

Drop, change or continue?

TSC 2211 is a subject offered in MMU. Proud to say that I'm taking it for this semester. *cough* Not putting too much hope on it, just taking it easy and wish to pass the test. As if I can pass with flying colours.. I have no fate with colours. :o


So.. Miss Yang is assigned to the class that I registered. She's young and 'raw'(Sorry! No picture for perverts! XD). Attended her first class yesterday, and there are few outcomes at the end:

1. She just read all of the slides.
2. No further explanations. Or perhaps I didn't listen?
3. She finished one chapter(2 hours class) in 30 minutes.
4. She looked nervous.

She might be having scholarship, teaching in MMU will have 50% course fee rebate for taking Master in MMU.


Sad to say that two of my friends changed to another section, while I decided to continue. First of all, her class is relaxing. Secondly, changing section will cause inflexible timetable. So... I'll stick to Miss Yang's. Everyone deserves to be given chance to shine. I gave mine to Miss yang, now depends on her how she utilize it.

Maybe I'll screwed up in the end? All I did was talking and not doing what I should do as a student. XD Best of luck to me and Miss Yang~!
